Philosophy

Massage should not be viewed as a luxury item, but rather as a necessity.With today's fast-paced, frenetic lifestyle, it becomes essential to slow the mind and body down with restorative and healing touch.

Through his years of massage experience, Marc has developed the unique Rubman Technique, in which the massage is not pre-designed, but rather created spontaneously depending on each client's needs.Communication is the key to Marc's technique: First, he listens to what you have to say; then, through touch, he listens to what your body has to say. The result is an unforgettable massage experience that is specifically tailored for each client.

Bio

Marc is a Maryland Board Certified and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. He trained at the acclaimed Swedish Institute in New York City, where he received more than 1,000 hours of training and graduated with an Associate in Occupational Studies degree.

Marc offers a dynamic, unique massage approach known as the Rubman Technique that employs aspects of Deep Tissue Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Shiatsu, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, and Reflexology. Each massage session can be customized to the needs of the client.

Marc provides massage services at his Rockville and Bethesda office locations. House call appointments are also available. In addition to traditional therapeutic massage work, Marc offers corporate on-site chair massages.
